These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pika and Nika Collectibles website and any purchases made through it. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, grading information, condition details, pricing, and availability accurately.

Because many of our products are collectible, vintage, pre-owned, graded, or individually photographed, minor variations, imperfections, wear, printing differences, or packaging differences may exist. Please carefully review all photographs, descriptions, grading information, and condition details before purchasing.

Colors and product appearances may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, and device-display settings.

4. Graded and Authenticated Items

Any grading, certification, or authentication information is based on the information and labeling provided by the applicable third-party grading company, including companies such as PSA or BGS.

Pika and Nika Collectibles is not affiliated with or responsible for the grading standards, opinions, population reports, policies, or future determinations of any third-party grading company.

5. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

product unavailability;
incorrect pricing or listing information;
suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;
payment-processing issues;
inventory or synchronization errors; or
restrictions on shipping to the provided address.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the amount paid for the canceled item will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and payment information. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed at checkout when required.

We are not responsible for fees charged by your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or currency-conversion service.

7. Inventory and Third-Party Sales Channels

Some products may also be listed or sold through third-party marketplaces, including eBay. Inventory may be synchronized between Shopify, eBay, and other platforms, but delays, technical problems, or inventory errors may occasionally occur.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, we may cancel the affected item and issue a refund to the original payment method.

Purchases completed through a third-party marketplace are also governed by that marketplace’s terms, policies, return procedures, and buyer-protection programs.

8. Shipping

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Additional information is provided in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please carefully review all listing photographs, descriptions, grading information, and condition details before purchasing.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived, including rights that may apply if an item is damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its listing. Additional information is provided in our Refund Policy.

New York requires online retailers to conspicuously provide or link to their refund policy before checkout. The separate Return and Refund Policy should therefore be clearly accessible from product pages, the website footer, and before billing information is requested. (Department of State)

10. Damaged, Incorrect, or Misdescribed Orders

If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or the item is materially different from its listing, contact us at pikaandnikacollectibles@gmail.com within three days of delivery.

Please provide:

your order number;
a description of the issue;
clear photographs of the item;
clear photographs of the packaging; and
a clear photograph of the shipping label.

We will review the information and determine an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances and applicable law.

Please retain the product and all original packaging while your claim is being reviewed.

11. Selling and Trading Items to Us

Submitting a sale or trade inquiry does not guarantee that we will purchase, accept, or make an offer for an item.

Any offer may depend on factors including:

authenticity;
condition;
grading;
current market demand;
recent comparable sales;
inventory needs; and
our inspection and verification of the item.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, quotes and preliminary estimates may be revised or withdrawn following physical inspection, authentication, or verification.

You represent that you lawfully own any item submitted for sale or trade and have the legal authority to transfer ownership of it.

We reserve the right to decline any item that we believe may be counterfeit, altered, stolen, misrepresented, or otherwise unsuitable for purchase or trade.

12. Intellectual Property

The website and its original content—including its logos, graphics, text, layouts, photographs, illustrations, videos, and branding—are owned by or licensed to Pika and Nika Collectibles and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publish, or commercially use our original content without prior written permission.

Product names, characters, trading-card artwork, sports-league names, grading-company names, and third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on this website does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation unless expressly stated.

The website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, eBay, payment processors, shipping carriers, social media platforms, analytics providers, grading companies, and other marketplaces.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices, policies, or performance of third-party websites or services.

Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s separate terms and policies.

14. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, testimonial, or other content, you confirm that:

you have the right to submit it;
it reflects your honest experience or opinion;
it does not infringe another person’s rights;
it does not contain confidential or private information belonging to another person; and
it is not unlawful, abusive, threatening, deceptive, defamatory, or malicious.

You grant Pika and Nika Collectibles a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and use content that you voluntarily submit to our website or directly authorize us to use for business and promotional purposes.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from providing an honest review or opinion about Pika and Nika Collectibles or its products.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

the website will always be available, secure, or error-free;
product availability will always be current;
photographs will display identically on every device;
