All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please carefully review all listing photos, product descriptions, condition details, and grading information before completing your purchase. Because many of our items are collectible, limited, or individually photographed, we encourage customers to contact us with any questions before ordering.

If your order arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or the item is materially different from its listing, please contact us at pikaandnikacollectibles@gmail.com within three days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue.

This final-sale policy does not limit any rights or remedies that may apply when an item is damaged, defective, not delivered, or different from what was ordered. Clear disclosure of the policy is important, and damaged or misdescribed merchandise may still require resolution despite a final-sale rule.
