Shipping policy

 

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and begin once the order has been dispatched. Delivery dates are not guaranteed, and Pika & Nika Collectibles is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your information carefully before placing an order, as orders cannot be canceled or changed once submitted.

Tracking information will be provided when your order ships. Once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided, Pika & Nika Collectibles is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is materially different from the listing, please contact us at pikaandnikacollectibles@gmail.com within three days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
